World’s Finest Chocolate | Friday, February 19 – Friday, March 5

Dear Parent/Guardian,

With your help, we will be raising funds for essential programs not currently funded through traditional means. We are asking every student to participate in 1 of 2 ways: 

1. Sell $100 in Items from the World’s Finest Chocolate Catalog.
2. Sell 2 cases of the World’s Finest Chocolate Bars. 

 Please Make Checks Payable To: Berean Baptist Christian School

All students will receive a Catalog and Order Form.  Students will not receive a box of chocolate unless they return the signed Chocolate Order Form. Additional Chocolate Order Forms are in the school office.

Goals and Prizes:

This year our goal is to have each class reach 100% participation.

• Individual Prize 1 – Students who sell 2 cases or $100 in catalog sales will get a Free Lunch Party.
• Class Prize – If every student in a class at least 2 cases of chocolate or $100 in catalog sales, the class will be treated to an afternoon activity time. Students will be allowed to bring approved video games.
• Individual Prize 2 – Students who sell 5 cases or $300 in catalog sales will get a $35 Tilted 10 Arcade Gift Card.
• Individual Top Prize- The top seller in each division will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card. The top seller must reach the Individual Prize 2 in order to qualify for this prize.

Catalog Sales:

• Students can begin selling on Friday, February 19th, 2021
• Use the enclosed order forms to keep track of customers and orders.
• Payments must be collected at the time the order is taken.
• Orders MUST be paid in FULL  for the order to be placed.
• Orders will be processed and ready for pick-up on the distribution date (TBD).
• Please make checks payable to Berean Baptist Christian School.
• Chocolate Bunnies and Spring Imperial Almonds must be ordered via “Special Chocolate Order Form” by 9 AM on Thursday, February 25.
• Both order forms and money are due back to the school office no later than Friday, March 5, 2021.

Chocolate Box Sales:

• Students can collect their boxes from the office on Friday, February 19th, 2021.
• Money for all boxes taken out is due back to the school office no later than Friday, March 5, 2021.
• Parents must fill out the Chocolate Order Form in order for students to take home boxes of chocolate bars. 
• Please make checks payable to Berean Baptist Christian School.
• By signing the Chocolate Order Form, the parents acknowledge that once the chocolate is picked up, you become financially responsible for the chocolate.
• Money for the last case must be turned in before taking another case home.
• $60 must be turned in for EACH case sold.
