Dear Parents,

Happy Fall Berean School Families!  As we close the month of October and our first quarter, I want to highlight some helpful information for you as we start our 2nd quarter!  

Fall Fundraiser

Our Fall Fundraiser comes to an end this Monday,  October 28th. All orders and money need to be turned in to the school office or to your child’s teacher on this Monday.  We will be processing and ordering on Tuesday, so please help us by getting all the order forms turned in on Monday. The items will be delivered two weeks from the time the order is placed to Popcornopolis. Wednesday, October 30th, is our animal show for the preschool and elementary children who sold their goal of $100; the Taco Truck lunch for our middle and high school students will be during the week of November 4th.  

Volleyball & Soccer Extravaganza

The Volleyball and Soccer Extravaganza will be held on October 31st, during school hours, 1:30-3:00 p.m. This will be a fun time for our whole school as they watch some crazy competition between our soccer and volleyball teams while purchasing some treats from the 8th-grade class. 

Schoolbelles Pants Sale

Schoolbelles is offering another two-day pants sale, October 27-28, all styles; all sizes; all colors; no limits for $13.95 each, online only.  We have added a new style of pant, called the “classroom narrow leg- #8332,” available in black only. Kids’ sizes come in the appropriate lengths for their given size, but adult sizes only come in one length (L-32” length).  Here is a great opportunity to make sure that your son has what he needs, at a price you can afford. Don’t forget that starting November 1st, chapel dress includes a vest or sweater with the white shirt. Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent/Teacher Conferences are on November 1st.  Students will be dismissed at Noon. K5 – 12th grades will be picked up for early dismissal in the gymnasium. Aftercare will be provided for grades K5 – 12th.  If you have not done so, please sign up for the conferences through the links provided on Bereanschool.com

Spirit Week & Senior Economics Project

Our seniors are busy planning a fun Spirit Week for us during the week of our Berean Tip-Off Tournament (November 18-22).  We look forward to these fun days of dressing up and showing school spirit. Spirit wear is always available for purchase online through our spirit wear store. https://bereanschool.com/berean-kingsmen-spirit-wear/  There will also be spirit wear shirts available for purchase in the upcoming weeks by one of our Senior Class Economics groups.
