On Tuesday, North Love came to Berean for a NICAC conference match. In the JV match, North Love won in 2 games. Our JV played really well and showed alot of improvement. The Varsity won an exciting match in 3 games, losing game 1 25-18, then rallying to win game 2 25-19 and game 3 25-23. Jasmine Simmons had 8 kills and 5 service aces. Ana Rodriguez had 5 kills and Becky Hanson added 29 good sets. On Friday, Marquette Manor came to Berean. The JV lost in 2 games again, but continues to improve. The Varsity also lost in 2 games, 25-14, 25-21. Jasmine Simmons had 6 kills and Hayley Usrey had 4 kills. Becky Hanson also chipped in with 28 good sets.
